“I had water dripping off a drainage pipe but didn't know where the leak was coming from. I called Franzen and they sent someone out within a couple hours. Salvador was the plumber and he was personable, professional and investigated everything before determining the leak was from behind a wall. Upon removing the drywall, he discovered that a nail (from a previous homeowners' wall-hanging - it likely didn't leak until the nail was removed and hole was patched), had punctured the pipe. It was messy, but the pipe was repaired and the problem solved. Nobody likes having plumbing problems, but it was nice to have a real pro fix this one! ”
